1. Information We Collect

BigISale is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data to provide our service:

  • Analytics: We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data (page views, search queries, device type). This data is aggregated and cannot identify individual users.
  • Cookies: We use essential cookies only — language preference (NEXT_LOCALE) and theme selection. No tracking or advertising cookies.
  • Search Queries: Your searches are processed in real-time and not stored on our servers after the session ends.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

  • We do not require account registration or login.
  • We do not collect personal information (name, email, address, payment details).
  • We do not store uploaded images — they are processed in memory and discarded immediately.
  • We do not sell, share, or trade any user data with third parties.

3. Affiliate Disclosure

BigISale earns a commission on purchases made through our Amazon and eBay affiliate links, at no additional cost to the buyer.

This means when you click a “Buy Now” link and complete a purchase, we may receive a small referral fee from the retailer. This does not affect the price you pay — it is paid by the retailer as part of their affiliate program (Amazon Associates, eBay Partner Network).

4. Third-Party Services

  • Amazon: When you click an Amazon link, Amazon's own privacy policy applies.
  • eBay: When you click an eBay link, eBay's own privacy policy applies.
  • Anthropic (Claude AI): Search queries are processed by Claude AI to provide product rankings. Anthropic's data handling policies apply.
  • Google Analytics: Anonymous analytics data is processed by Google.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request information about any data we hold about you (which is effectively none).
  • Deletion: Request deletion of any data associated with your usage.
  • Opt-out: Disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
